Learn career skills

Self-Reliance Instructor Be an instructor for 45 minute course teaching kids grades K-6. Informal education program teaches safety skills, conflict resolution etc. Must be available during the school day or after school for 6 consecutive weeks. Must have reliable transportation. Training is available.

Club Leader Work with children of all ages and familes in a small group setting. Lead in activities, go on field trips, etc.
Commitment: once a month for at least 1 year.

Club Assistant Assists club leaders in club activites
Commitment: Once a month for at least 1 year.

Board Member Serve on the board of directors. The board establishes policy, influences programs, and assists in fund development. Submit resume to Executive Director. Meeting held 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:15 P.M. Term: 3 years.

Board Intern (Available to college students and youth) Participate on a non-profit board of directors, Learn how a non-profit board operates, assist in fund-development activities, etc. Submit resume to Executive Director. Meeting held 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:15 P.M.. Term: 1 year.

Office Assistant Help out in the Camp Fire USA office with day-to-day tasks: Mailing, copies, recruitment, etc.

General Volunteer Assist when needed with miscellaneous events.
